Girl in the box studios - An animation collective based in the heart of central London at the Albert Embankment, established in 2008.

We at Girl in the Box Studios seek to become a leading centre dedicated to the development of animated arts within the UK.

We currently have three founding staff; Raymund Afoakwa, Tzu Hsin Kuo (Yuji), James Hardy - practising experts in the field of Film, Animation and Art.

Our staff are passionate about the production of high quality animation and educational workshops. We boldly approach all of our projects with a high level of enthusiasm and professionalism on our venture to always challenge and expand the scope of our creative vision and methods to achieve our goals.

Girl in the box studios mission is to develop a strong reputation for UK animation in the international market and to make UK animation a leading pioneer in animation for short and feature film by providing fresh and innovative design ideas for Film, Animation and Art.

We aim to produce high quality animation, short films and educational workshops to raise the reputation of UK animation to the highest standards.

Girl in the box studios mission is to Educate, Excite and Inspire the next generation of UK animators today.
